Heidi J. A. Gilmore, previously Heidi Balliet, is an attorney and partner with the law firm of Tunnell & Raysor, PA.  Heidi’s practice area is concentrated in the areas of Real Estate – Commercial and Residential, Land Use Planning and Zoning, Business Planning, including Corporate Filing and Liquor Licenses, as well as simple Estate Planning.  She graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1998, was admitted to practice in Maryland in 1998, then she moved to Delaware and was admitted to practice in 2000.  She serves on many local boards including the Wilmington Trust Advisory Board, All Saints and St Georges Episcopal Parish, the Lewes Chamber of Commerce Rules Committee, and the Beebe Medical Foundation Fundraising Committees, just to name a few.  The law firm has four locations in Sussex County and Heidi meets with clients in all four locations including traveling to meet with clients as needed in locations all across the County and State.
